Details Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term
strategic planning. Partner with senior leadership to deliver
insights on ARR, bookings, operating costs, and investment
opportunities. Build dashboards, KPIs, and performance models to
support data-driven decisions. Analyze monthly and quarterly
financial results, provide variance reporting, and lead business
reviews. Serve as the finance liaison across all departments and
global units. Collaborate with IT to optimize financial systems,
integrations, and automation in NetSuite. Experienced in
multifaceted financial planning with strong business acumen.
Skilled with Excel, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and
budgeting systems (NetSuite and Paycom a plus). Comfortable
presenting to C-level leadership and collaborating
cross-functionally. Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to
thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Bachelor’s in
accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
