professional development Financial Reporting Manager Summary The
Financial Reporting Manager will play a key role in preparing and
reviewing external financial reports for SEC filings, ensuring
compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. This individual will
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including
accounting, legal, and external auditors, and will be instrumental
in supporting the company's overall financial reporting process
over an entity. Financial Reporting Manager - Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports, including
10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and other required filings. Ensure compliance
with all relevant accounting and disclosure requirements under U.S.
GAAP and SEC guidelines. Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual
external audits, working closely with external auditors. Analyze
new accounting pronouncements and assess their impact on financial
reporting. Collaborate with technical accounting, FP&A, and
operational accounting teams to gather data and provide insights
for financial disclosures. Maintain and improve internal controls
over financial reporting Provide support for investor relations,
earnings release processes, and board reporting. Assist with
special projects, including M&A activity, system
implementations, and process improvements. Financial Reporting
Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA
strongly preferred or working towards certification. 2 years of
experience in financial reporting, with at least 2-3 years in a
public company environment. Public Accounting Experience - 1-3
years Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
requirements. Prior experience in Big 4 or national public
accounting firms a plus. Experience with Workiva Exceptional
