experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team in the
pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing/processing
industry. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to be a part

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety
of financial operations, including month-end close, financial
reporting, general ledger management, accounts payable and
receivable, and manufacturing cost accounting. This role is ideal
for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 5 years of
experience who is looking to take their career to the next level.

can make a difference! Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the
month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurately
recorded in a timely manner. 2. Prepare, review, and distribute
monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key
trends and providing insightful analysis. 3. Maintain the general
ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and
reconciled. 4. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all
invoices are processed in a timely manner and all payments are
collected. 5. Oversee the manufacturing cost accounting process,
ensuring all costs are accurately allocated and variances are
properly investigated and explained. 6. Work closely with the
finance team to develop and implement financial policies and
procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. 7.
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial
forecasts, providing accurate and timely financial data to support
strategic decision-making. 8. Participate in internal and external
audits, providing all necessary documentation and answering any
queries. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field. 2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
designation is a plus, not required. 3. Minimum of 5 years of
experience in an accounting role, preferably in the scientific or
manufacturing industry. 4. Strong knowledge of accounting
principles and procedures, including month-end close, financial
reporting, general ledger management, accounts payable and
receivable, and manufacturing cost accounting. 5. Proficient in the
use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
Excel. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a
strong attention to detail. 7. Strong organizational skills, with
the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. 8.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain
complex financial information to non-financial staff. 9. High level
of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle
