Job Description:
Job Description Experience: Must have experience with the
following Communication skills : The ability to collaborate with
customers, vendors, other employees and reporting manager. Customer
service : The ability to communicate with customers, follow certain
customers' billing requirements and the ability to resolve issues.
Management : The ability to work independently with little
supervision. Accuracy : The ability to avoid inaccuracies in data
that can lead to incorrect payments. Attention to detail : The
ability to avoid and identify mistakes that can have costly
consequences. Other skills that would be important for this
position/role include ; Strong data entry skills, proficiency in
Microsoft Office including Excel, and familiarity with purchase
order processes. A/P an A/R operations Experience with Excel Some
working knowledge of Bookkeeping Be familiar working with Cloud
Based Storage Scanning Filing Outlook Requirements/Education: High
School Diploma (Graduate) or equivalent Prior experience in an
office environment Must have the ability to solve issues as they
arise Days: Monday through Friday Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
