Practice ($1M deal size) Why This Role Matters You will drive the
conversion of leads into contracts with an average value of $4M–$6M
USD, navigate the complex deal structures of private equity buyers,
and position the firm as a premier source for high-revenue
practices within the US dental market. You'll provide constant
negotiation and local market knowledge required to hit a target of
15–20 signed contracts annually. Role Overview The Dental Sell-Side
Advisor is the primary engine for converting dental leads into
high-value signed contracts. You'll navigate the complex landscape
of private equity-backed Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and
act as a strategic advisor for multi-million dollar transitions.
This role requires a blend of financial literacy, local market
credibility, and the ability to build trust with practitioners. Key
Responsibilities - End-to-End Deal Management: Manage a high-volume
pipeline and deliver signed contracts within the dental vertical. -
Valuation & Analysis: Perform dental-specific valuations using US
metrics and clinical metric interpretation. - DSO Relationship
Leadership: Establish and maintain relationships with major US
Dental Service Organizations and private equity groups. - Deal
Structuring: Navigate complex M&A components. - Data Integrity:
Ensure accuracy in P&L gathering and tax return analysis. -
Vertical Penetration: Secure deals across targeted sub-verticals. -
Global Collaboration: Participate in meetings outside standard

Over 5 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or
equity sales. - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance
or related field. - Financial Literacy: Strong negotiation skills
and proficiency in US dental M&A deal structures. - Market
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the criteria for major US groups.
- Technical Skills: Analyze clinical metrics and dental-specific
benchmarks. - Digital Literacy: Proficiency in CRM management and
digital tools.
