Playlist, we're revolutionizing the fitness and wellness industry
by empowering businesses with cutting-edge payment solutions. As
our Payments Operations Analyst, you'll be a critical guardian of
financial integrity, bridging risk management with exceptional
customer experience. Drive comprehensive merchant account reviews,
conducting thorough credit underwriting that ensures compliance
with KYC, KYB, and AML requirements Analyze merchant financial
conditions, processing statistics, and risk profiles to make
strategic onboarding decisions aligned with company credit policies
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for merchant
accounts, balancing business growth with robust financial
protection Collaborate across teams to resolve complex chargeback
scenarios, procure evidence, and optimize dispute resolution
processes Mentor and train compliance and sales teams on best
practices, regulatory requirements, and risk management techniques
Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis to assess merchant
account viability and potential Proactively identify and address
emerging risk trends in payment processing Support ad hoc projects
that drive operational excellence and innovation in our payment
ecosystem Experience You Bring 4 years of experience in payment
operations, merchant underwriting, chargebacks, or risk management
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
financial data and make strategic recommendations Deep
understanding of payment facilitation, compliance frameworks
(CIP/KYC/KYB/AML), and risk mitigation techniques Proven track
record of managing intricate financial processes with precision and
strategic insight Strong project management skills with the ability
to prioritize and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively
across all organizational levels Creative problem-solver with a
keen eye for detail and systemic risk assessment Adaptable learner
who thrives on staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory
