Job Description:
The Traveling General Superintendent will oversee construction
projects, ensuring all works are completed on time and to the
highest standards. With a focus on business services, the
successful candidate will have experience in managing construction
projects and teams. Client Details Nationwide General Contractor in
the construction industry. Strong project pipeline for the
following years. Description Oversee and manage construction
projects in the region Ensure all projects are completed on time
and to the highest standards Lead and manage construction teams
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations Report on project
progress and budget Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to
ensure satisfaction Implement strategies to improve productivity
and efficiency Resolve any on-site issues or delays Profile A
successful Traveling General Superintendent should have: Client
facing experience Recent years of experience with $200 million size
projects (MEP, Industrial, commercial) Recent years of experience
with overseeing projects with 300 subcontractors on site at a time.
An educational qualification in Construction Management or a
related field Experience in managing construction projects Proven
leadership skills Proficiency in project management software An
understanding of construction laws and regulations Excellent
