Looking for a traveling superintendent that wants to grow within the leadership space who has experience handling $15M-$55M ground-up and renovation projects. The ideal individual in this role can collaborate well and handle multiple projects at once. Client Details My client is a full service general contractor, headquartered in the Greater St. Louis area. They focus on both ground-up and renovation projects with a value of $15M to $55M. Description Supervises day-to-day work of crew and prioritize work at hand. Attend post-aware review meeting to receive project information & details for preplanning before construction Direct/control total construction project to meet specifications and within the allotted time schedule in an efficient manner to produce the expected profit Work with subcontractors, suppliers, utilities, city inspectors, organize and direct activities concerned with their construction projects. Effectively follow plans/guidelines while conducting regular safety meetings. Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crew member discipline and documentation. Cooperate with the owner and his representatives, keeping them informed of construction progress Review and approve all requisitions, field purchase orders, invoices, and other significant reports and documents Monitor and control project through managing the construction schedule and directing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget. Manage close out process and warranty responses with project manager Attend and participate in weekly meetings, including project and subcontractor meetings Make decisions under tight deadlines Apply now and your resume will be reviewed within 24 hours.
