shelter and building solutions. ATCO STRUCTURES AND LOGISTICS (USA)
INC. (“ASL-USA”) is seeking an HVAC Technician for our Space
Rentals Branch in Houston. This position is responsible for
servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on modular
buildings while also supporting a range of general field
maintenance needs. This role is primarily field-based and includes
non-HVAC service work, yard and branch upkeep, and maintenance of
the rental fleet, requiring a versatile, hands-on technician with
strong HVAC expertise. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

primarily field-based, requiring regular travel to local customer
sites. The HVAC Technician will service, repair, and maintain
primarily packaged (pack) HVAC units on modular buildings, both at
customer locations and at our yard/branch facility. Perform routine
preventative maintenance and system inspections Diagnose mechanical
and electrical issues and recommend effective solutions Test HVAC
systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency Read and
interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain
accurate service records, work orders, and parts usage Perform
additional duties as needed, including non-HVAC service calls
(e.g., general handyman tasks). Assist with yard and branch
organization and upkeep. Support maintenance and repair needs for
the rental fleet. Apply a broad base of field maintenance skills,
with a primary emphasis on HVAC repair and service. Communicate
clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and
maintenance recommendations Follow all safety protocols, building
codes, and company policies Maintain tools, equipment, and company
vehicles in good working condition REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE Completion of HVAC
technical training or apprenticeship preferred A minimum of 2 years
of HVAC experience (residential and/or commercial) EPA Section 608
Certification required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid
Driver's license is required PHYSICAL DEMANDS T he physical demands

stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; climb or balance 2-5 hrs a day.
