Job Description:
At GEICO, a leading provider in the auto insurance industry, we

customer service. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer
Service Representative who is fluent in both English and an
additional language. This role is vital in providing our diverse
clientele with expert service and support, helping them resolve
issues and enhance their understanding of our insurance products.
Situated within our customer support department, this position
offers a dynamic work environment where team members can truly make
a difference in the lives of our customers. Respond to customer
inquiries via phone, email, or chat in English and the additional
language supported. Explain insurance products and policy details
to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding. Resolve
complaints and answer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers in filing claims and guide them through the
process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GEICO's insurance
products and policy changes. Collaborate with team members to find
new ways to enhance customer satisfaction. Document all customer
interactions in the company database. Fluency in English and one
other language (e.g., Spanish, French, Chinese) Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving
abilities Proficiency with computer systems and digital
communication tools Ability to handle stressful situations with
professionalism Knowledge of insurance policies and terms is
preferred Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certifications in Customer Service (e.g., Certified
Customer Service Professional (CCSP)) are beneficial but not
required. Fluency in relevant languages other than English must be
demonstrated.
