Job Description:
GEICO, a leader in the auto insurance industry, is looking for a
Bilingual Customer Services Representative committed to providing
exceptional service. In this role, you will help us continue to
deliver top-tier support to our diverse customer base,
communicating in both English and an additional language. This
position requires adept problem-solving skills and the ability to
handle various customer inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Join our team and contribute to GEICO's legacy of customer
satisfaction and innovation. Address and resolve customer inquiries
and issues in a timely and empathetic manner. Maintain high levels
of customer satisfaction across all interactions. Document customer
interactions and transactions accurately. Follow-up on customer
calls and inquiries to ensure their concerns are resolved. Provide
information about GEICO's insurance products and services as
needed. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed
service goals. Fluency in English and at least one other language
(Spanish preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills Familiarity with
CRM software and phone systems Ability to handle stress and remain
calm under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certifications in Customer Service
Management, such as a Certified Customer Service Professional
(CCSP), are beneficial but not required.
