Job Description:
As a Bilingual Customer Services Representative at GEICO, you
play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to
our diverse clientele. This position is perfect for individuals who
are passionate about helping people and can fluently communicate in
both English and another language. You will be the front line in
assisting customers with their insurance needs, ensuring they
understand their policies and resolving any issues with the utmost

has the opportunity to grow. Answer and manage incoming calls and
client inquiries in both English and another specified language.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance
needs and provide clear, accurate responses. Update customer
information in the database during and after each call. Work
collaboratively with team members to optimize customer
satisfaction. Address and resolve customer complaints
empathetically and professionally. Maintain confidentiality of
customer’s information. Stay informed about new products and
services offered by GEICO. Educate customers on how to use GEICO’s
services and products effectively. Proficiency in English and one
other language Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to handle
stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism
Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certification in Customer Service (e.g., CCS) is a
plus Fluency certification in the specified second language may be
required or preferred.
