Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support
elementary students from Pre-K through 5th grade. This contract
position, based in Pflugerville, TX, serves a caseload of
approximately 65-70 students in a vibrant school setting. The role
operates on a school year (CSY) schedule, with a start date as soon
as possible and continuing through May 27, 2026. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language
therapy services to students within the elementary age group.
Conduct evaluations using district-provided computers and testing
materials. Collaborate with educators and families to foster
student progress. Maintain up-to-date documentation and testing
requirements. Work onsite for a minimum of three days per week;
days may vary weekly. Hybrid work options are available for SLPs
who meet all requirements. Provide bilingual support in English and
Spanish to meet diverse student needs. Qualifications and
Experience: Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license. Bilingual
proficiency in Spanish is required. Experience working in pediatric
or school-based settings preferred, including SLP-CFY, SLP-CCC
credentials. Must be comfortable working onsite with flexibility
for remote work as stipulated. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Location and Schedule Details: Pflugerville,
TX, elementary school setting. Contract duration through May 27,
2026. 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week. Hybrid work options
