Job Description Job Description Do you love working with kids? Do you have a background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, theater, or music? Are you high-energy, patient, and great at making learning FUN? If so, we want to meet you! The Little Gym of Cypress is looking for enthusiastic instructors to join our team and help children build confidence through movement, music, and play in a positive, nurturing environment. What You’ll Do: ? Lead fun, structured gymnastics-based classes for children ages 4 months–12 years ? Use music, movement, and imagination to keep kids engaged ? Create a safe, encouraging, and high-energy class environment ? Support birthday parties, camps, and special events ? Build positive relationships with kids and parents What We’re Looking For: ? Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, theater, music, or other movement-based activities ? A natural ability to connect with young children ? Energetic, outgoing, and dependable personality ? Comfortable being silly, animated, and leading groups ? Ability to work evenings and/or weekends ? Must be able to pass a background check Bonus (not required): ? Experience teaching or coaching kids ?
