Job Description:
Global Medical Response (GMR), a leader in air and ground
medical transportation, is seeking a passionate and skilled
Aviation Maintenance Training Instructor to join our education and
training team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our aviation
technicians are impeccably trained, promoting both safety and high
performance in emergency medical situations. The instructor will
develop and deliver training programs that align with aviation
industry standards and GMR’s commitment to exceptional patient care
and rapid response. Develop training curriculum and materials
tailored for aviation maintenance in line with FAA regulations and
GMR standards. Conduct classroom, simulation, and on-job training
sessions while adjusting teaching styles based on trainee needs.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and skill
assessments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and
quality standards. Stay updated with the latest developments in
aviation technology and emergency medical transport solutions.
Collaborate with technical experts and the maintenance team to
continually improve training strategies and materials. Manage
training records and provide certifications upon successful
completion of courses. In-depth knowledge of aviation maintenance
and FAA regulations. Strong teaching ability and experience in
adult education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
Proficient in the use of training technology and software. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k FAA
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic certification required.
Certification in instructional design or technology preferred.
