ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This position offers an
opportunity to work as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
supporting students in a school setting located in Conroe, TX. This
contract role is onsite and offers a consistent schedule of 4 days
per week (32 hours), providing services through the 2025-2026
school year. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy services
to students on one elementary campus. Assist with evaluations,
Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings. Manage a caseload
of approximately 60-80 students. Collaborate closely with the
Speech-Language Pathologist and school staff to support student
progress. Maintain documentation and comply with district policies
related to student records and therapy. Qualifications: Valid
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license. Experience working in
a school environment supporting elementary students. Ability to
manage a sizable caseload and maintain detailed records. Strong
communication skills and ability to participate effectively in
collaborative team meetings. Willingness to work onsite in Conroe,
TX, with reliable transportation. Commitment to student growth and
