  Experience responding to critical customer-facing and internal executive-level escalations

  Strong experience in support, operations, process improvement, relationship management, and data analysis.

  You'll bring a diverse proven track record in professional programming of at least 5 years

  Demonstrated track record designing, building, and deploying highly scalable cloud-based architectures

  Experience in scripting languages, Java, JS frameworks, RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL), NoSQL (Cassandra) and Message queues (Kafka, SQS)

  Ability to scope and estimate project requirements, and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  
  
• 
  Ability to effectively participate and lead conference calls with a large mixed audience.
  
  
• 
  Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organization skills
  
  
• 
  Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.

  Strong analytical capabilities for identifying and resolving engineering tradeoffs

  We are looking for a deeply capable engineer responsible for handling support escalations and critical support cases raised by various groups. In this role, our team provides timely and effective resolution to our most important customers' support issues. You will have the opportunity to work with other teams from across the company, across a variety of disciplines, while delivering functionality that hundreds of our users depend on.   The responsibilities include hands-on coding, design, requirements elicitation & refinement, technical documentation, production support, unit testing, quality, performance. This is a dynamic role and a phenomenal chance to create a huge impact.

  Education
  BS degree in computer science or equivalent field with 7+ years, MS degree with 5+ years experience, or equivalent
