Job Description:
A leading industrial manufacturer is seeking a dynamic VP of
Manufacturing to oversee its full-scope production facility in
Houston. This is a senior leadership role that will drive
operational performance, strategic growth, and team culture within
a technically complex manufacturing environment. Previous P&L
responsibilities and ownership is essential. Â The ideal candidate
will bring strong experience in custom fabrication, project
delivery, and operations management across engineering-driven
industries. You'll take ownership of end-to-end production - from
design and procurement to QA/QC, scheduling, and fulfillment -
while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring top-tier quality
and safety.  ?? Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations
across engineering, production, logistics, and supply chain
functions Oversee site financial performance including budgeting,
forecasting, and margin optimization Manage execution of both
custom-engineered projects and standardized product lines Build a
culture of accountability, team development, and continuous
improvement Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and
industry regulations Serve as the primary liaison to international
offices to align global production workflows Collaborate with
executive leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure customer
satisfaction and strategic alignment ?? What We're Looking For:
10-15 years of progressive leadership in a manufacturing or
engineering setting Strong experience managing P&L and leading
multifunctional teams Background in technical product fabrication,
project-based manufacturing, or industrial production Familiarity
with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement
methodologies Excellent leadership, communication, and
organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations,
or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
