Work on diverse and impactful projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors Join a supportive team that values professional growth and mentorship Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge design tools and technologies Enjoy a balanced culture that respects your time and contributions Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Job Details Key Responsibilities Design and manage land development projects (residential, commercial, and mixed-use) Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications Partner with architects, planners, and engineers to ensure code compliance and project feasibility Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies Maintain project timelines and budgets while optimizing resource use Complete engineering calculations and technical analyses Enforce safety standards and engineering best practices throughout all phases Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 1 or more years of civil engineering experience, specifically in land development Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design tools Solid knowledge of local zoning laws, permitting, and regulatory requirements Strong time management, organization, and communication skills Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving abilities Interested in hearing more?
