Job Description Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: /n - Read and interpret technical blueprints and set up CNC machines in accordance with designated blueprints. /n - Load raw materials onto CNC Machine and operate CNC Machine (Lathe/Mill). /n - Adjust machine settings or cutting paths, for desired material/design specifications, to optimize production whilst maintaining quality standards. /n - Correct/ improve program code to increase efficiency, quality, and safety. /n - Perform quality assurance tests, ensuring products meet design specifications. /n - Troubleshoot and resolve machining problems as they occur. /n - Input product design into computer modeling software. /n - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. /n /n Qualifications: /n - Minimum 5 years' experience as a CNC Machine Operator and Programmer /n - Able to use and understand 3D computer designs (CAD models) and technical blueprints. /n - Experience in using computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software programs to generate program codes. /n - Understanding and experience in delivery quality assurance tests, essential. /n - Able to maintain good housekeeping and perform safe working practices. /n - Good communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. /n - Must have intermediate shop mathematics skills. /n - Must be able to lift up to 35 Ibs. repetitively. /n /n The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
