Job Description:
MIG Welder Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Initial
training period: 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM Regular schedule: Second shift
(5:00 PM to 3:00 AM) Core Skills & Responsibilities: Perform MIG
welding on steel materials with precision and quality Follow all
safety procedures and properly utilize jigs/fixtures Interpret
basic weld symbols and technical drawings Maintain welding
equipment and work area Meet production goals while maintaining
quality standards Requirements: Minimum 1 year of MIG welding
experience on steel Must pass on-site weld test if required Ability
to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable
