You'll be tackling challenging chimney maintenance and repair tasks, often working on rooftops in the elements. ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Chimney Service Technician, you push yourself to the limit. You start by gearing up, knowing that you'll be scaling ladders, navigating steep rooftops, and working in unpredictable weather conditions. Chimney maintenance is no small task; you'll be inspecting and sweeping chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer vents, ensuring they are safe and functioning properly. Your work also includes chimney repairs, repointing/tuckpointing, installing chimney caps and chase covers, and reinforcing flashing to prevent leaks. This job requires endurance, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. It's hard work, but at the end of the day, you take pride in knowing your skills help protect homes and families. OUR COMPANY Lords Chimney has received a number of notable distinctions and has been keeping fireplaces and dryer vents of the greater Houston area clean and efficient for the last decade.
