(ARS), is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee

vehicle gas card Responsibilities As an HVAC Service Manager, you
will: This role requires a leader with technical depth to
troubleshoot complex HVAC Service systems, while optimizing labor
productivity, ensuring OSHA safety compliance, and maintaining high
customer satisfaction ratings. Lead and mentor a team of HVAC
Service Techs , overseeing strategic hiring, technical training,
coaching and performance management. Oversee daily field operations
to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Monitor labor costs, materials, equipment, and expenses to achieve
budgeted margins and profits. Act as the primary point of contact
for customers to resolve issues and ensure top-tier customer
satisfaction. Partner with the dispatch team to improve technician
utilization rates and ensure the right skill set is matched to
every service call. Perform regular job site inspections to audit
workmanship, ensure code compliance, and implement strategies to
reduce callbacks. Track departmental operations, inventory, tools,
vehicles, and maintenance . Ensure compliance with safety
regulations, company policies, and local codes . Provide ongoing
on-the-job training and development for technicians to level up
skills. Lead weekly technician meetings and monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) Qualifications HVAC Service Manager Requirement:
4 years of Residential HVAC service experience 3 years HVAC
management or supervisory experience TX State license and HVAC code
knowledge (preferred) Sales experience required Experience in a
high-volume residential service environment with a focus on
upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth Valid driver’s license
with a good driving record Strong leadership, communication,
computer, and math skills Ability to manage people, operations, and
budgets effectively Skills Expertise: Deep knowledge of HVAC
service, repair and diagnostics . Leadership: Proven track record
in field supervision and coordination. Certifications: TX State
License and familiarity with EPA regulations Compliance: National &
Local Mechanical Codes and safety regulations. Sales Integration:
Ability to support sales teams with technical system pricing and
equipment selection and mentor the service team on consultative
