Champion supply chain analytics by developing and enhancing
dashboards, reporting tools, and methodologies to deliver
data-driven insights across purchasing, procurement, warehousing,
and logistics operations. Serve as a key advocate for supply chain
innovation by exploring the application of advanced analytics, AI,
and automation to streamline routine tasks, elevate predictive
capabilities, and support smarter, faster decision-making. Lead
continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with global teams
to understand challenges and develop best practices driving
operational consistency worldwide and improving supply chain
performance. Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and
cross-functional partners to optimize ERP and other supporting
tools to deliver system enhancements, process automation, and
improved user experience to improve supply chain performance.
Support and lead operational rhythms with sourcing leaders and
other stakeholders. Strong quantitative and analytical skills
including proficiency with Excel, SQL and data visualization tools
such as Power BI or Tableau. Hands on experience working with ERP
systems (such as SAP), preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the
ability to work across cultures and functional teams Performs other
related duties as assigned, consistent with the scope and level of
the role, to meet evolving business needs. Some international
travel may be required, based on project. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a
high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of relevant
experience) Minimum 3 years of relevant professional level
experience In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job
discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with
others; is aware of the competition and the factors that
differentiate them in the market. Ability to explain difficult or
sensitive information; works to build consensus. Preferred
Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or
college and 5 years of relevant professional level experience in
supply chain analytics, procurement operations, or a similar
discipline. Professional certification(s) in supply chain
management or process improvement, such as Lean Six Sigma, CSCP, or
CPSM. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA for planning and procurement.
Experience using AI or machine learning solutions to facilitate
supply chain automation or enhance analytics and decision-making
processes. Additional Information Must be legally authorized to
work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the
future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status. No
relocation assistance. Location - Houston, Tx (JFK) or
