Job Description:
Privately held owner/manager of market rate apartments is
seeking a strong, Senior Property Manager to run a portfolio of 3
apartment properties totaling about 1,000 units. This position will
directly manage one large property and oversee the management of 2
others. To be qualified, you MUST have at least 5 years of property
management experience with at least 500 or more market rate
apartment units. Multisite experience is preferred but not
necessary. Candidates must have experience hiring and managing a
large staff of site-level, property management personnel.
