Purpose:
To lead and direct the overall operation of the Community in
accordance with the Sinceri Senior Living Mission Statement,

Management

Financial
Management
Community within the established budget.
monitor labor costs, raw food costs, accounts receivable,

payable, and payroll functions.

Program Development and
Implementation
employee and Resident programs in accordance with Community
policies and
Sinceri Senior Living's Program Standards.

Staffing and Retention
