• A Job You'll LoveMemorial MRI and Diagnostic, part of the DICOT family, is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead strategic sales initiatives for our South Texas region. You'll be instrumental in driving referral growth across diagnostic imaging services, while leading a high-performing sales team and collaborating closely with executive leadership.What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the South Texas region, focusing on diagnostic imaging services.
  • Lead and mentor a regional sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching to ensure team success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and key referral sources across Houston, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, and nearby areas.
  • Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
  • Represent Memorial MRI and Diagnostic at industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.What You'll Need:
    • Proven leadership experience in business development or sales, preferably within healthcare or diagnostic imaging.
    • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and driving regional growth initiatives.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
