Job Description:

We're looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Manager to help grow sales and build strong partnerships. This role is -focused on managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our brand presence in the market. -


What You'll Do

  Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
  
  
• 
  Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts through regular visits and communication
  
  
• 
  Drive sales growth by expanding product placements and acquiring new customers
  
  
• 
  Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and maximize profitable growth
  
  
• 
  Leverage data and business tools to inform decision-making and strategic planning
  
  
• 
  Act quickly to resolve client concerns or service issues
  
  
• 
  Maintain expense discipline in line with business objectives
  
  
• 
  Perform other related duties as needed
  
  
  
  
  What We're Looking For
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
    
    
  • 
    5+ years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
    
    
  • 
    Knowledge of ethnic markets is a plus
    
    
  • 
    Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
    
    
  • 
    Ability to work independently and manage travel within the region
