Responsibilities

• What You'll Do

• Develop department strategy and support the front office team in executing daily shift operations.
  
• Drive action planning and goal setting for Guest Satisfaction Score, Brand Standards Audit, Associate Engagement Survey, Profit & Loss, Turnover, etc.
  
• Participate in recruiting and retaining talent through hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management.
  
• Perform hands-on duties such as managing financials, payroll, and scheduling as needed.
  
  
  
• What You'll Bring

  • Prior hotel leadership experience; experience with the specific brand or upscale properties is a plus.
    
  • Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
    
  • A passion for developing and coaching team members and fostering a thriving environment.
