responsibility.Overview of the Assistant Manager of Sales and
Service RoleYou will support the management team in achieving goals
by providing world-class service. You will serve as a role model
for building customer relationships and maintain store presence to
ensure appropriate staff coverage across all
areas.Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer
experience and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed and serve as a
role model in sales generation and customer service.
- Coach staff on customer service principles, recognizing
successes and addressing challenges.
- Utilize training resources to educate the team on products,
improve selling skills, and achieve business goals.
- Create a positive environment where all associates are treated
with dignity, in line with our People-First Philosophy.
- Ensure timely resolution of client service issues, including
delivery and pickup, using the client information reporting system
effectively.Criteria
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership
skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify challenges and
develop action plans promptly.
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks and
priorities.
- 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service management
experience.Physical Requirements
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended
periods.
- Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs.,
using appropriate safety techniques.
- Full-time associates should have open availability; part-time
associates must be available for at least 15 hours weekly,
