You will serve as a role model for building customer relationships and maintain store presence to ensure appropriate staff coverage across all areas.Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed and serve as a role model in sales generation and customer service.
  • Coach staff on customer service principles, recognizing successes and addressing challenges.
  • Utilize training resources to educate the team on products, improve selling skills, and achieve business goals.
  • Create a positive environment where all associates are treated with dignity, in line with our People-First Philosophy.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client service issues, including delivery and pickup, using the client information reporting system effectively.Criteria
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify challenges and develop action plans promptly.
  • Effective time management to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service management experience.Physical Requirements
    • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using appropriate safety techniques.
