• Uphold Massage Envy's Mission, Vision, and Values
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of our services and products
• Develop and nurture location managers to foster a culture of coaching, support, and equity
• Partner with the Operations Director to train managers on soft skills, business acumen, and key metrics
• Ensure performance in all functional areas, focusing on Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements
• Monitor staffing levels and assist with recruitment, interviews, and hiring processes
• Coach and develop staff to meet sales and service expectations
• Ensure compliance with licensure, training, and documentation requirements
• Participate in company and regional calls and meetings
• Conduct monthly location visits to drive results
• Resolve customer service issues and identify systemic improvements
• Promote new products, services, and initiatives
• Manage payroll entry and inventory for the home location
• Review reports to optimize profitability
• Host performance coaching sessions and recognize achievementsQualifications
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Understanding of Profit & Loss statements
  • Experience in multi-unit leadership roles (spa/sale management preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
