We are offering a dynamic opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Bryan, TX. We are conveniently located 1 hr 30 min from both Houston and Austin. As Clinical Director you will help guide and influence the growth of our PT practices. You will help us build a practice the way you would build it! Join our quickly expanding therapy practice, with access to experts, and training to become certified in the latest treatments, using the most advanced equipment and technology!

The ideal candidate has an interest in treating balance and vestibular disorders and has a neuro background. We will provide all training and get you to a high level of expertise if you are not experienced. This is both a clinical and leadership role. We will provide training in both leadership and management, so prior experience is not necessary. We only require a keen desire to learn these skills. The incoming candidate must be open to making presentations to the community about what we do with the goal to have 1 engagement with the community per month, talking about how we help reduce falls with our therapy and different themes every month....we arrange the setting, and the candidate must have the confidence to present.



Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and oversee clinical activities of the practice including ensuring compliance with regulations of governmental and accrediting agencies
Prepare and administer skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with the physician orders, referrals, prescriptions, current standards of care, and by assessing and interpreting evaluations, records and test results of patients
Encourage continuation of therapeutic plan by designing home exercise regimens, recommending assistive equipment and follow-up programs that improve the patient's overall health.
Ensure smooth and timely patient flow in accordance with scheduled appointment times
Promptly and thoroughly document and maintain clinical and administrative records, including but not limited to, daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, treatment progress and responses, and discharge summaries
Lead by example and ensure accountability to the clinic missions, policies, standards, and goals.
Oversee and adhere to the company's guideline for billing of clinical and non-clinical services.
Supervise PT Assistants, and Technicians with patient care and related activities, in accordance with skill level and deemed appropriate by the State Code of Laws and other governing entities such as Medicare
Maintain confidentiality of patient personal health information in accordance with HIPAA compliance
Contribute to videos and content for clinic social media
Lead educational workshops and presentations for community education
Meet with potential referring physicians and assist with preopening.
Required Skills and qualifications:
Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited school
Current TX licensing and all other state-required documentation
Computer literacy and proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures
Interest in balance and vestibular disorders
Subspecialty in neuro, pelvic floor, tmj, or pediatrics a huge plus
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Compensation (range):
90k-120k
