Overview
$20,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Eligible St. Joseph Health Burleson Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital in Caldwell, Texas offering a Level IV Trauma Center, in-patient and out-patient services, including physical therapy, emergency care, respiratory therapy, injury treatment, a Level III Stroke Care Facility, a skilled nursing care facility and more. Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse with top-notch clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work in a team. It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families. Emergency Department Nursing Expectations:

• Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity patients active ED
• Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical situations
• Medication administration
• Emergency triage and assessment skills

  Qualifications
  Required Skills:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma.
  • One (1) or more years of nursing experience
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)(AHA) with skills demonstration
  • ACLS with skills demonstration Preferred Skills:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
    • One (1) or more years of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred
      Pay Range
      $28.50 - $43.46 /hour
