Also precepts new employees through the orientation process and mentors existing employees to enhancetheir professional development. Responsibilities include involvement with special projects upon assignment.--Job Duties/Responsibilities:--Completes evaluations from patient/family interviews and healthcare team collaborations. Based on evaluation, develops a viable plan of intervention for current needs with consideration of illness/injury, livingsituation, support systems and financial status.
