This CNA Hospice Aide Position Features:

I Am Texas Home Health Hospice?

As a Hospice Aide you will:

Work one on one with clients to provide exceptional personal care.

Provide household services essential to health care in the home.

Take and chart client?s vital signs, reporting any and all changes.

Ensure that proper safety measures are taken on an on-going basis for client protection.

Requirements of Qualified Candidates

Current CNA certification in state of agency operation

Six months or more experience in home health or related field preferred

Ability to provide partial or complete living assistance to patients without assistance from other healthcare workers

Current CPR certification

Valid driver?s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
