As a Nurse Assistant, youll play a vital role in providing essential care under the guidance of a licensed nurse. Youll collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care activities, all while ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals served.After completing a general orientation, youll be assigned to residential units, clinics, or infirmaries, where your hands-on support will ensure high-quality nursing care is consistently delivered. This is your chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:Vital Signs and MeasurementsTake vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) as instructed by nursing staff, and record intake and output, height, and weight as required.Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Assist individuals with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and toileting.
