This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical care and research-helping shape the future of women's health through rigorous, patient-centered science.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations of complex clinical research studies
• Identify, consent, and enroll study participants
• Conduct study procedures, monitor safety, and manage data
• Maintain study materials, regulatory documentation, and visit schedules
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and institutional partners across the university and beyond
• Contribute to research meetings, reporting, and compliance activitiesRequired Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current Texas RN license
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of combined clinical and research experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in obstetrics (L&D or postpartum preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and REDCapPreferred Qualifications:
    • Spanish fluency
    • Experience with pharmaceutical or health services research
    • Prior clinical research coordination and recruitment experience
    • Certification in clinical research (e.g., SOCRA or ACRP)
