Benefits options:$56.35 Base Hourly Rate$4.93 Health & Welfare Hourly Rate (all paid hours up to 40 per week)Company Matching 401k11 Paid Legal HolidaysSick Time & VacationMedicalDentalVisionExtended Sick LeaveIntensive Care Registered Nurse job description: Assess and act on significant changes in the patients/resident's health conditionCarry out the plan of care by performing/assigning delegated tasksInsert IV linesCare and management of peripheral and central lines, including PICC linesAdminister medication including IVsMeasure vital signs/hemodynamic monitoring including Pain (the 5th Vital Sign), pulse oximetry, etc.Perform wound care including dressing changes (sterile and non-sterile), and obtaining wound cultures as necessaryPerform tracheostomy carePerform non-acute and/or acute ventilator care, if neededPerform suctioning including oral, nasogastric, and tracheostomyPerform deep suctioning, which may include obtaining specimensAssess for and administer tube feedingsAssist with routine urinary and bowel elimination including catheters, colostomies, and digital stimulationRespond and assist in an emergency situationResponsibilities

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Licensed in any State, Territory, Commonwealth of the U.S. or D.C.
• BLS and ACLS
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and be available for WHEN shifts (weekends, holidays, evenings and nights)
• 1 year of experience (within the past 5 years) in ICU
• Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills
• Must be able to perform in a stressful and high-paced environment without physical limitations
• Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry up to 10ft
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
