A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Medical Assistant in Katy, TX.
The Medical Assistant would be working for a leading healthcare
organization and has career growth potential. This is a full-time /

for this position is $20.00 per hour Benefits are available to
full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a
company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of
service on our eligibility dates Medical Assistant Highlights This
position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on
permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs
The required schedule for this position is Monday through Friday,
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No remote option – candidates must live nearby
and commute reliably to Katy, TX Virtual interviews will be
followed by in-person interviews for selected candidates Medical
Assistant Responsibilities Function as a key clinical team member,
supporting safe and effective patient care Prepare for patient
visits by ensuring documentation, schedules, and test results are
ready Room patients, obtain vitals, document visit reason,
allergies, medication list, and more Perform EKGs, hearing/vision
tests, spirometry, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing
Clean and stock rooms; assist with routine and specialty procedures
Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals Handle telephone
messaging and in-person screening with proper follow-up Maintain
HIPAA compliance and respond to emergency situations as needed
Medical Assistant Requirements High school diploma or GED
Completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification 3 years of experience in a
healthcare setting Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Must be
able to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently,
and 10 pounds constantly Attendance is mandatory for the first 90
days Medical Assistant Preferred Qualifications Certification as
CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA Experience in orthopedic or other surgical
specialty clinics Strong multitasking and patient care coordination
skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude If you
