Pay Information $1,612 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: TNCC, ENPC, PALS, ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Emergency Department background Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department setting. The unit has a total of 28 beds with a staff of 43 members. Night shift patient ratios are 4:1 for ED patients. Patients on hold have a ratio of 6:1. The unit is equipped with Level 1 transfuser, ventilators, and EMR. The typical hiring profile includes candidates who are team players. Candidates should work well with others and be coachable. A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing patient-centered care are essential. Preferred candidates may have experience in previous health systems. Typical procedures performed include conscious sedations and hanging critical medications. Weekends are required with every other weekend on a 12-hour shift.
