together. Positions in this function are responsible for checking
in, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions and
managing patient medical records for a clinic. Roles may vary based
on the size of the clinic(s). Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM –
5:00PM Location: 4715 SOUTH LAMAR Suite 100, Austin TX Primary
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional service to all customers -
Responsible to greet patient and check patient in and out. Ensure
demographics including insurance information are correct and update
as necessary - Collect appropriate co-pays and adhere to all cash
handling policies - Answers phone, takes messages and routes calls
appropriately - Schedule appointments as necessary, verifying
correct visit type and primary care provider - Responsible for
waiting room management cleanliness, communicate pertinent
information to patients and ensure all patients have been assisted
- Work with back-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow -
Resolve service issues and complaints, and defer to appropriate
management or clinical personnel when necessary - Assist co-workers
and team members with duties when requested, to include but not
limited to, floating to other areas - Perform other duties as

Diploma/GED (or higher) - 1 years of customer service experience -
Beginner level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,
etc.) Preferred Qualifications: - 1 years of medical front desk
experience - 1 years of electronic medical record experience - 1
years of health plan insurance knowledge - Experience with data
analysis software - Bilingual (English / Spanish) Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to

hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour
