the mobile unit Responsibilities: Provide healthcare services in
alignment with project requirements Conduct patient assessments,
diagnoses, and develop treatment plans Deliver high-quality care in
both home and mobile settings Coordinate with team members and
follow up on patient care Maintain accurate medical records and
report patient progress Adhere to all safety and medical protocols
