Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Unit Location: Humble, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,296 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Open Heart Surgical RN – Texas Start Date: September 8, 2025 Location: Humble, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with call coverage after 3:00 PM and weekend call Highlights: Operate in a state-of-the-art 14-OR facility with dedicated Open Heart rooms in a 457-bed hospital 1:1 patient ratio in a specialized cardiac surgical environment Work with a close-knit team of 8 staff members including 4 RNs and 4 surgical technicians Perform advanced cardiac procedures including CABG, valve replacements, Impellas, ECMO, and pericardial windows Cross-train across multiple surgical service lines including trauma, general, orthopedic, neuro, and plastics EMR: Meditech Requirements: Active Texas RN license Extensive Open Heart surgical experience required Cardiothoracic service line expertise BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience with CABG (with and without EVH), valve replacements, Impellas, ECMO, and pericardial windows Flexibility to float to other ORs when open heart cases are not scheduled Dependable, flexible, and collaborative team player Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work at the forefront of cardiac surgery in a growing program expanding its Open Heart capabilities.
