basis. Description: VES is seeking General Medicine Providersto
perform Compensation Pension exams Separation Health Assessments
across the country.VES has 2 options for coverage, it will depend
on the current need and will be clearly listed diem at a VES
facility- provider must be within 50 mile radius of home address
listed on the CL unless otherwise noted.Provider own office. The
provider must have their own office to see Veterans (there is no
VES location in the area and VES is looking for providers that have
their own office) The Provider's office must be within 50 miles of
the listed city unless otherwise noted.All Jobs will have a TX
address- that is the headquarters for VES. The city and State of
the needed areas will be within the body of the job.Current s own
office locations-Provider must have their own office spaceCoeur
D'alene- 1 day per week needed- 50 mile radius requiredMountain
Home- 1 day per week needed- 30 mile radius preferredGrangeville- 2

Services (VES), a Maximus company, is a government contractor
helping our nation's Veterans.Need is on a PRN basis, ongoingOption
to work days(4-hours) and/or full days(8-hours)One-Time
non-treatment CP exams separation health assessmentsExams are
primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of
motion testing, muscle strength testing.No prescribing, no
treatmentQuick credentialing onboardingWilling to accept these
medicine,internal medicineorthopedic surgery,anyone with a
background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and
pension.RATE STRUCTURE FOR PRESENTATIONS:Hourly, Overtime, Holiday
rates are NOT applicable with VES. All Gen Med providers must
follow the rate structure below.Half-day Rate- $800 flat rate for 4
hour shifts or less (includes times to complete exams, submit
report, including any addendums, no OT)Daily Rate- $1600 flat rate
for 5 hour shifts or longer (includes times to complete exams,
submit report, including any addendums, no OT)Bonus- one time bonus
of $650 for completing all required training and performing first
examsLocal candidates only,travel included in ratesPlease note:
Follow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis
(addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics) This will
not be paid outside of the day or full day rate.Client does not
reimburse for DMA certifications or the portal training before
