Title: Travel RN Case Manager – Inpatient Rehab Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift) Location: HCA Houston Conroe,

Requirements for Travel RN Case Manager – Rehab Active Registered
Nurse (RN) License Must be valid and in good standing for the state
of Texas (or compact state license accepted). Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification Current and unexpired BLS certification is
mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience,
preferably in inpatient rehabilitation or related settings. Case
management experience is highly preferred. Availability: Able to
commit to the full 13-week assignment starting approximately
October 6, 2025. Able to work day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM),
including every other weekend on call. Documentation: Updated
resume with detailed clinical experience. Copies of current RN
license and BLS certification. Any inpatient rehab or case
management certifications (preferred but not required). Additional
