Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Deliver
occupational therapy services to K-12 students across multiple
school settings in the Mason, OH area. This contract role spans the
complete school year, providing support primarily 1-2 days per week
with a flexible schedule tailored to district needs. The position
includes work with both elementary and middle/high school students,
managing a caseload that varies in size. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy interventions to students in
various educational settings Collaborate with educators, parents,
and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment
plans Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation to
track student progress Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse
student needs across multiple locations Participate in team
meetings and contribute to supportive educational strategies
Qualifications: Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) with
credentials valid for school-based practice Experience delivering
OT services in a K-12 school environment, ideally across elementary
and secondary grade levels Ability to work itinerantly, traveling
between multiple school sites as required Strong communication
skills for collaboration with school personnel and families
Flexibility to accommodate a part-time schedule (1-2 days per week)
