Evaluate and analyze patient needs and treatment progress through physical assessment and diagnostic tests. Develop individualized treatment plans that adhere to clinical guidelines and patient goals. Implement therapeutic interventions for pain management and recovery enhancement post-orthopedic surgeries. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and managing expectations during recovery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment efficacy. Document patient care and rehabilitation progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Expertise in physical therapy modalities and equipment Proficiency in developing and implementing tailored treatment plans Superb interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple patient caseloads efficiently Life Insurance Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist (OCS) preferred
