Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare
services, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our
dynamic team. Our approach combines facility-based and home-based

rehabilitation, home health, and hospice settings. The role
requires delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring patient
health conditions, administering medication, and creating effective
patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare
professionals. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Interact with various healthcare teams to facilitate
comprehensive patient care. Operate medical equipment and assist
with patient rehabilitation. Administer medications, monitor their
effectiveness, and note any adverse reactions. Maintain accurate
patient records and ensure confidentiality of all healthcare
information. Strong ability to provide effective patient-centered
care. Proficient in using healthcare software and medical
equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
preferred.
