Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. As part of an
established leader in facility-based and home-based patient care,
the successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing services
in our comprehensive healthcare setting. This role is instrumental
in fostering patient recovery, promoting health, and improving the
quality of life for our patients across various inpatient
rehabilitation and home health settings. Assess patient health
problems and needs and develop nursing care plans. Implement
nursing care plans and maintain medical records. Administer nursing
care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise
patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Coordinate
with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or
evaluate patient care plans. Operate medical equipment and monitor
patient recovery and side effects. Modify patient treatment plans
as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Clinical skills
and the ability to handle medical information discretely. Strong
organizational and communication abilities. Proficient in both
emergency response and recovery-oriented skills. Adept at
technology used in healthcare settings. Capability to perform under
pressure in diverse healthcare environments. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. BLS/CPR Certification. ACLS
Certification desirable.
