Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility protocols and standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment, and home care techniques. Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly. Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
